Kontron CP6014 is 6U CompactPCI processor board with 2 quad-core Intel Xeon L5408 processors, Intel 5100 Memory Controller Hub chipset, and Intel I/O Controller Hub 9R. Interfacing to baseboard via 771 land socket, it has power envelope of 40 W and supports core frequency of 2.13 GHz, front side bus of 1,066 MHz, and on-die L2 cache of 12 MB. System supports local PCI-X 64-bit/133 MHz on PMC-slot or PCIExpress X4 on XMC as well as up to 32 GB DDR2 memory at 533/667 MHz.
