While 14 x 14 mm, 128-pin LQFP optimizes PCB layout options, integrated PowerSave technology conserves up to 30% of energy in normal operating mode by allowing selectable power operation states. Products fully meet requirements of PCI-SIG PCIe 1.1 and PCI 1.2 specifications.
