Featuring true dual-ported memory cells, Models QP7024 and QP7025 allow simultaneous reads of same memory location. Units provide 2 independent ports with separate control, and address and I/O pins permitting independent access for read or write to any memory location. Products may be used as stand-alone solutions for x16 applications or combined to support 32 bit-wide systems using MASTER/SLAVE feature. Housed in 84-pin ceramic packages, SRAMs deliver speeds of 35/45/55/70 ns.
