AK57X Interface Software with USB Dongle interfaces handheld IC testers with CompactLink Functional IC Test Generating Software, which contains high-level descriptive test programming language optimized for generation of analog and digital IC test programs. It requires RS-232 or USB connection to PC and runs with Microsoft XP and USB jack. Dongle, which also includes pocket knife keychain, must be connected to USB port in order to operate software.
