Available in 304-pin PBGA package, Model XRT83VSH314 short haul, 14-channel Line Interface Unit operates at 1.8 and 3.3 V with 5 V tolerant I/O's over industrial temperature range. Internal termination allows same design to operate in T1, E1, or J1 modes independently on per channel basis, and unit meets telecom specifications such as ITU G.703, G.775, and ANSI T1.402 and Bellcore GR-499 core. Device targets applications including media gateways, routers, and frame relay devices.
