Supplied in 64- or 80-pin TQFP packages, PIC18F87J93 series includes 4 direct-drive LCD MCUs that feature 12-bit ADC with up to 16 channels that performs auto acquisition and works during sleep mode. Additional integration includes mTouch(TM) Charge Time Measurement Unit peripheral for capacitive touch sensing, hardware real-time clock and calendar (also works in sleep mode), 64-128 KB Flash program memory, and 4 KB RAM. LCD charge pump provides contrast control and maintains low power.
