Sealed in 14 x 18 x 1.4 FBGA package, 64 GB model combines 16 pieces of 32 Gb NAND chips fabricated with 32 nm process technology, and also integrates dedicated controller. JEDEC/MMCA v4.4 interface handles functions such as writing block management, error correction, and driver software. Applications include smartphones, mobile phones, netbooks, and digital video cameras.
