Enabling accurate monitoring of high-speed transient signals, PXI-98x6 series is comprised of models PXI-9816, PXI-9826, and PXI-9846 that offer sampling rates of 10, 20, and 40 MS/sec, respectively. Products utilize PXI trigger bus to synchronize multiple modules without external routing or cabling. PXI-9816 offers signal-to-noise ratio of up to 78 dB and 12.6 effective number of bits with 1 MHz sine wave input signal at -1 dBFS amplitude.
