Featuring reset button that will change system back to manufacturer default setting, CAR-1000 can be powered by Intel® Atom(TM) D510, D410, or N450 CPU with ICH8M I/O controller. Appliance supports fanless operation when used with N450, up to 4 GB DIMM with D510/D410 or 2 GB with N450, and 6 GbE ports with 2 bypass segments. In addition to one Mini PCI slot and one PCI slot, connectivity is fostered via 2 SATA ports, one CF card slot, 2 USB ports, and on board RS232 via RJ-45 connector.
