Featuring Atmel AVR® microcontroller core, Models ATA5830 and ATA5780 are monolithic RF transceiver and RF receiver devices designed for ISM frequency bands of 310-318, 418-477, and 836-928 MHz. Units feature typical sensitivity of -109 dBm, 10 KBps Manchester data rate, FSK modulation with ±10 kHz frequency deviation, and IF bandwidth of 165 kHz. Housed in 5 x 5 mm QFN32 package, devices are suited for remote keyless entry, remote start, passive entry go, and tire pressure monitoring systems.
