Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) technology enables users to leverage IBM's WebSphere software in conjunction with Ricoh multifunction products (MFPs) to drive complex business processes and centralize business integration infrastructures. Based on portal application on MFP's touch panel control, users can select from customized list of tasks or services that initiate business processes. Results are communicated back to users in real-time.
