Built around Cirrus Logic EP9315 microcontroller which features 200 MHz ARM920T processor, Model SAM9315V1 is designed with memory management unit (MMU), 16 Kb data cache and 16 Kb instruction cache, 100 MHz bus speed, Ethernet MAC, PCMCIA support, 2-channel IDE, and 3 USB 2.0 hosts. Measuring 96 x 90 mm, SBC operates from +5 V power supply over -20 to 70°C temperature range. Suited for wide range of applications, it has 32 Mb Nor Flash and 64 Mb SDRAM memory.
