Manufactured in 55 nm HCMOS process technology, SPEAr1310 combines dual ARM Cortex-A9 cores with DDR3 memory interface and Network-on-Chip technology. Processors support both fully symmetric and asymmetric operations, at speeds of 600 MHz/core for 3000 DMIPS equivalent. For connectivity, microprocessor includes 2x Giga/Fast Ethernet ports, 3x Fast Ethernet, 3x PCIe/SATA Gen2 links, 1x 32-bit PCI expansion bus, and 2x USB 2.0 host ports with integrated PHYs.
