Just recently my computer started to restart on its own every 30 minutes or so...my friend suggested it may be overheating so I started it up in Bios and when the computer is idling the temperature is at 50 C and increases...I noticed the CPU fan starts off at 1700 RPM but then just goes to 830 RPM and stays there...I have on clue why my computer has just recently started to do this as I have not installed new hardware/software and changed nothing.
