Chipset includes MD1715 2-channel logic controller circuit with 12 low-impedance, high-speed MOSFET gate drivers and 2 sets of control logic inputs, each set containing 3 pairs of MOSFET gate drivers. Featuring 6 pairs of N- and P-channel MOSFETs, TC8020 pulser output stage provides peak currents of ±3.5 A at 200 V. Chipset generates 5-level waveform for high-resolution imaging in medical ultrasound, metal flaw detection, and piezoelectric transducer driving applications.
