WAN Acceleration Appliance (WXA) Series consists of WXA 5000 virtual appliance, WXA 2000 and WXA 4000 hardware appliances, and WXA 500 Live CD. Enabling application acceleration via de-duplication of transmitted data, series includes firewall that eliminates unwanted applications from network, and allocates bandwidth to necessary ones. WAN optimization minimizes total traffic over WAN links, and all traffic is scanned for malware with Reassembly-Free Deep Packet Inspection engine.
