Powered by 8FX CPU core, MB95330K 32-pin MCU series features 3-phase motor control timers. Embedded dual-operation flash memory with support for E2PROM emulation is standard, can be re-written 100,000 times, and will hold data for 20 years. To protect customer software from being read by unauthorized external programs, flash security function is also included. Other components include precise RC oscillator (±2%), low-voltage detection circuit, single-line on-chip debug, and I²C interface.
